Therapy offers an opportunity to explore our inner and external world, and appreciate the sum of our experiences forming the spectrum of our personal identity. This process strives to increase the sense of inner freedom and reduce the stress that manifests in unwanted symptoms, via thoughts, emotions and behaviors. 

Therapy can focus on one or more of the following:

  • Depression: Uncovering the reasons for the feeling of depression, sadness and inertia, together with imbuing excitement and stability in order to reengaging the positive layers of life.

  • Anxiety: Breaking the patterns of behavior related to fear, and at the same time developing mechanisms that enable a sense of self-satisfaction, success and self-realization.

  • Relationship difficulties: Moving beyond the obstacles that prevent forming deep fulfilling relationships.

  • Low self-esteem: Treating the negative emotions and achieving a positive self-perspective and strong self-esteem.

  • Decreased self-image and eating difficulties: Identifying the root of the difficulty with food and its relationship to self-image. Simultaneously developing a specific response to the problem and overcoming the mental and physical challenges.

  • Trauma: Speaking the unspeakable while rebuilding the feeling of safety and security in the world, community, and family.
